Party Wall Matters

Mason Carey undertake works acting as the building owner, adjoining owners or joint owners surveyor in matters relating to the Party Wall Act.

You must give notice to your neighbour between 2 months and a year before you plan to start building works should the works invoke the requirements of the party wall act.

Mason Carey are able to guide you through the process providing initial advice before programming a route forward to a successful and amicable agreement.
