Commercial Acquisition Surveys

Mason Carey undertake commercial acquisition surveys for a number of clients including investment funds, individual retailers, property developers and land agents.

A commercial building purchase will often have to satisfy certain criteria set by the client. We work with our clients on each individual purchase to provide expert advice and guidance. We look to ascertain the proposed use for the building and provide useful information to all parties which shall aid the purchase and explain possible current and future expenditure on the property.

We will spend as much time as necessary with clients to ensure they are informed and that the survey report provides the information that is being sought.

We are happy to undertake site surveys with clients to provide a hands-on explanation of our findings and to ensure an understanding of the cause and repair of any defects is gained.
