Mason Carey was established in 2019 bringing together a number of expert chartered surveyors and building consultants with an aim to provide professional services of the highest standards to individuals and commercial clients.

Mason Carey advises large investment organisations, pension funds, commercial & retail agents, independent occupiers and property owners. We are adaptable to our clients needs and take each job on an individual basis with services tailored to our client requirements.

We are experienced professionals and have worked on projects valued from £1000 - £20m in London, the Midlands and the South of England.

Our team continually undertake professional training through the RICS and other applicable bodies to ensure our knowledge and use of modern technologies is kept at the fore front of our industry.

Katie comes from a legal background and has extensive experience and knowledge of business matters which provides Mason Carey with further skills to ensure our high quality services are continued throughout day-to-day activities.

Ben is a chartered building surveyor with over 15 years’ experience working within the built environment and construction industry. Ben specialises in building surveying working with individual clients and advising large investment organisations, pension funds, commercial & retail agents in all aspects of building and defect analysis, project management and acquisition management. Ben has a reputation for providing a thorough and detailed service tailored to specific client needs.

Stephen provides advice and his expertise to high net worth clients across a range of areas within the field of acquisitions, finance and development. Stephen has experience in UK and European markets and is well-known within London and Kent for his business expertise. Stephen is respected in the community for his philanthropic works having independently set-up and run hugely successful charities which to date provide much needed healthcare to local communities in conjunction with major corporate firms.

Undertaking architectural design for planning submissions, building regulation approval and construction issue. Roy has a wide ranging portfolio of work including architectural design and building control. Working on both residential and commercial projects, Roy specialises in regulations with a specific interest and knowledge in the field of fire safety.

Karen deals with the day-to-day accounts of Mason Carey and is the point of contact for client invoicing and financial queries, Karen has excellent experience having worked previously for a number of Tunbridge Wells based architects and commercial practices.
