Mason Carey Construction Busy in Beckenham

Mason Carey Construction have been busy this week undertaking structural repairs to a retail unit which was left in a structurally unsafe and dilapidated condition by previous tenants.

The landlord instructed Mason Carey to carry out the works with urgency due to the risk that was found during our inspection of the building once vacant possession of the unit was gained.

We worked closely with structural engineers PJCE who designed the structural repairs necessary.

The structural repairs to the main building are expected to be completed within 2 weeks; prior to the rear extension of the building being demolished and re-built after this element of the previous tenants work was also found to be unsafe.

Mason Carey are acting as the main contractor for the works.
