Construction work commences on new Tunbridge Wells Development

Mason Carey were onsite this week to see the commencement of works at our new Tunbridge Wells site which sees an existing dilapidated building developed into a modern and 5 bedrooms dwelling.

The site was particularly overgrown and the impact of the removal of debris and plant growth onsite was immediate revealing the grounds surrounding the property to be substantial.

We shall be managing the process of the development on a day-to-day basis for the client with all sub-contractors being specified and programmed by Mason Carey.

We were comfortable with what may have been a difficult and stressful end of lease negotiation. We were glad of the honest advice which created the best case scenario for us and our outgoing tenant
